Review: S’Better Farms GF Chicken Fingers

Oh, Lordy.  I have to say that I never relish having to give bad news… but, man, these are icky.  After the 20 minute recommended oven time, I opened the door to wet, sloppy breading and scariness.  I put them back in for another 10 minutes… still, gross and wet.  5 minutes under the broiler burned half of them on the top and left squishy bottoms.  I am at a loss.  I hope to God they are better fried.  They certainly were not worth the seven or eight bucks I gave for them.

Sorry, S’Better Farms… S’Much Much Worse.

I’m still a little nauseated from the texture of the breading.  These guys need to go talk to Ian’s about some breading upgrades.  Less is more, fellows.
